lovely stay in the city
convenient location polite staff great value
i found the location very convenient. the staff were polite, and i felt they were always ready to help. my room was gorgeous, and i thought it represented great value for money, overall.
i expected a higher standard of cleanliness in the room. i noticed lipstick on a glass and the bathroom needed better attention. it is important to maintain cleanliness consistently, especially in a hotel of this calibre.

the staff were kind . the location was great , very close to many places i wanted to visit. the room was also spacious , it really felt luxurious after long days.
I found that the coffee refills were not consistent . I had to ask for them each day. the bar did not have prosecco , despite advertising aperol. the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par , i expected a better standard.

impressed stay!
central location amazing decor exclusive spa
i found the hotel's central location perfect for exploring. a quick five-minute walk got me to the main square. the hotel decoration has excellent details, i noted the extensive cctv and lift access restrictions. the spa was a treat, i had it all to myself and i used all the saunas (it was a real plus!).
i noticed some minor spots on the glass, but that barely affected my stay.

ice machine unsupportive pillows
I found a few things disappointing. There was NO ice machine on our floor. It seemed like a basic amenity to have. the pillows were not supportive enough for MY liking, and I woke up with a stiff neck each morning. I expected better from such a highly-rated place. The staff seemed indifferent to my complaints, WHICH added to my frustration.

Acceptable stay, some hiccups
prosecco shortage repeated requests
The location was great, a definite plus.
The advertised aperol spritz was consistently unavailable due to a lack of prosecco. I think the bar could have easily remedied this with a quick trip to a nearby store, yet it remained unresolved for three days. I also had to repeatedly request refills for coffee, paper, and glasses. It seemed a bit disorganized overall and SOMETHING needs to improve.

the lobby decor seemed fresh. the elevator and hallways looked nice. the room was decorated in a cool way. the room had two armchairs. there was ample space for luggage.
the room was not very clean. i found lipstick on the glass. the bathroom also needed more cleaning. the bar did not have prosecco. this happened for three days.
